How to use our Products
Our mockups are built for Adobe Photoshop. Open one.
In the layer panel, you should see a layer called “Replace [Double Click Thumbnail]”. Double-clicking the thumbnail will open a new tab inside of Photoshop.
Simply save the smart object document and then close out of it and return to the mockup document.
Your artwork should be perfectly placed.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for downloaded goods. However, the exceptions to this are listed below
It's okay, this happens sometimes and we understand that completely. You can request a refund through a support ticket.
If for some reason your order shows up and is the wrong size, item, or just doesn't show up at all, we will happily take care of it.
If you make a purchase from our site and are unable to use the product, please reach out immediately via support chat or ticket and we will help anyway we can to help you with your purchase. And if we are unable to fix the issue, we will refund you in full.
